It can be the chitchats and opinions of others or one's thinking that have no basis for the

person that they are “advising” that can do the most harm to the person because it is an opinion. So filter opinions and chitchats out and examine the motive for that opinion.

Difficulty is a matter to this current world system however through the victory Christ accomplished on the cross and payment of sin one is able to receive His payment by believing on Him and knowing that all things are still possible through Christ. Christ is our strength! ~ G.S
