An algorithm simply put is a set of rules and methods to be followed in a particular way and it’s
“programing” is its set of instructions. That is why it is not accurate to solely rely on it (any old way of program) for decision making because it all depends on “how” those set of instructions have been programmed to execute those set of instructions that cause the algorithm to work.

“For example, if the compute’s software 'sees' a certain thing is being used more in that program, it would recommend it first on a list or ledger depending on how it was programmed to list an item by the software programmer or even it can be a fair set of instructions that actually really help a task to get done.” “Not all algorithms are programmed bad some of them are programmed well and fair. It just depends and as anything in life should be a fair scale and measure used as the Holy Scriptures teach.”
