Ignore the false negative words and emotions that trigger false feelings by habitually changing the toxic outlook into an attitude of excellence.
It will feel uncomfortable to form a new thought process that is not toxic by fighting the good fight of faith!
To get out of a gridlock is to develop a new outlook by purposing an attitude of excellence that then produces the proper successful outcome.
