Has “technology” and technologies overstepped its bounds?

A thing created has bounds and limits and technology oversteps its bounds when it makes life changing decisions on behalf of a person. A person can use technology as a tool to serve them for an upright purpose, but as soon as that technology makes decisions on behalf of the person there is a problem.
