How to deal with peers, and how the older should deal with the younger?

Exodus 23:1-13 KJV

[1] Thou shalt not raise a false report: put not thine hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness. [2] Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many to wrest judgment : [3] Neither shalt thou countenance a poor man in his cause. [4] If thou meet thine enemy's ox or his ass going astray, thou shalt surely bring it back to him again. [5] If thou see the ass of him that hateth thee lying under his burden, and wouldest forbear to help him, thou shalt surely help with him. [6] Thou shalt not wrest the judgment of thy poor in his cause. [7] Keep thee far from a false matter; and the innocent and righteous slay thou not: for I will not justify the wicked. [8] And thou shalt take no gift: for the gift blindeth the wise, and perverteth the words of the righteous. [9] Also thou shalt not oppress a stranger: for ye know the heart of a stranger, seeing ye were strangers in the land of Egypt. [10] And six years thou shalt sow thy land, and shalt gather in the fruits thereof: [11] But the seventh year thou shalt let it rest and lie still; that the poor of thy people may eat: and what they leave the beasts of the field shall eat. In like manner thou shalt deal with thy vineyard, and with thy oliveyard. [12] Six days thou shalt do thy work, and on the seventh day thou shalt rest: that thine ox and thine ass may rest, and the son of thy handmaid, and the stranger, may be refreshed. [13] And in all things that I have said unto you be circumspect: and make no mention of the name of other gods, neither let it be heard out of thy mouth.

Deuteronomy 18:9-14 KJV

[9] When thou art come into the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations. [10] There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, [11] Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. [12] For all that do these things are an abomination unto the Lord : and because of these abominations the Lord thy God doth drive them out from before thee. [13] Thou shalt be perfect with the Lord thy God. [14] For these nations, which thou shalt possess, hearkened unto observers of times, and unto diviners: but as for thee, the Lord thy God hath not suffered thee so to do.

Proverbs 1:10-14 KJV

[10] My son, if sinners entice thee, consent thou not. [11] If they say, Come with us, let us lay wait for blood, let us lurk privily for the innocent without cause: [12] Let us swallow them up alive as the grave; and whole, as those that go down into the pit: [13] We shall find all precious substance, we shall fill our houses with spoil: [14] Cast in thy lot among us; let us all have one purse:

Proverbs 1:15-22 KJV

[15] My son, walk not thou in the way with them; refrain thy foot from their path: [16] For their feet run to evil, and make haste to shed blood. [17] Surely in vain the net is spread in the sight of any bird. [18] And they lay wait for their own blood; they lurk privily for their own lives. [19] So are the ways of every one that is greedy of gain; which taketh away the life of the owners thereof. [20] Wisdom crieth without; she uttereth her voice in the streets: [21] She crieth in the chief place of concourse, in the openings of the gates: in the city she uttereth her words, saying, [22] How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge?

Proverbs 13:12-25 KJV

[12] Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life. [13] Whoso despiseth the word shall be destroyed: but he that feareth the commandment shall be rewarded. [14] The law of the wise is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death. [15] Good understanding giveth favour: but the way of transgressors is hard. [16] Every prudent man dealeth with knowledge: but a fool layeth open his folly. [17] A wicked messenger falleth into mischief: but a faithful ambassador is health. [18] Poverty and shame shall be to him that refuseth instruction: but he that regardeth reproof shall be honoured. [19] The desire accomplished is sweet to the soul: but it is abomination to fools to depart from evil. [20] He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed. [21] Evil pursueth sinners: but to the righteous good shall be repayed. [22] A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just. [23] Much food is in the tillage of the poor: but there is that is destroyed for want of judgment. [24] He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes. [25] The righteous eateth to the satisfying of his soul: but the belly of the wicked shall want.
