How to store a thing in a physical sense?

When a plan is designed to do a specific job and an allowance is made to make that plan than a proper assessment is made to better calculate the expense.

For example, you designate a certain time or money to do a project and do a ratio to the rest of the expenses so that a misunderstanding in finances doesn’t occur. This pertains to anything to store and not just finances as an example, what is eaten on a daily basis and so on. When a “ratio” (balance) is used to balance the intake or outtake, then a more balanced life can occur.
