What is a fair market share concept to understand what really share is as Jesus taught?

Market share is created when “diversity” (unique gifts God gives to each person to use individuality and then collectively in His structure.) is welcomed and other peoples “ideas” in creating that share are what collectively makes a market attractive when there is a vast variety of His proper way (As Jesus taught) to be considered in that market share.
