What is an example of contention (contentious situations)?

If possible -- so far as in you -- with all men being in peace; not avenging yourselves, beloved, but give place to the wrath, for it hath been written, 'Vengeance is Mine,

If companies (meaning people in general) worked with each other in a teamwork based fashion instead of the contending we constantly see (warring) over silly things such as hostile business takeovers or fear of "competition" so they suppress, the world would be a much more harmonious place if The Holy Bible's Principles of Business is followed accurately.
