What is negative thinking? How to rebuke negative words and over talks that are gossips?

Psalm 94:1-11 KJV

[1] O Lord God, to whom vengeance belongeth; O God, to whom vengeance belongeth, shew thyself. [2] Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth: render a reward to the proud. [3] Lord, how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph? [4] How long shall they utter and speak hard things? and all the workers of iniquity boast themselves? [5] They break in pieces thy people, O Lord, and afflict thine heritage.

[6] They slay the widow and the stranger, and murder the fatherless. [7] Yet they say, The Lord shall not see, neither shall the God of Jacob regard it.

[8] Understand, ye brutish among the people: and ye fools, when will ye be wise? [9] He that planted the ear, shall he not hear? he that formed the eye, shall he not see? [10] He that chastiseth the heathen, shall not he correct? he that teacheth man knowledge, shall not he know?

[11] The Lord knoweth the thoughts of man, that they are vanity.

What thank have ye? Where do negative psychologies come from? The thought behind that thought that is thought?

Luke 6:32-49 KJV

[32] For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them. [33] And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same. [34] And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again. [35] But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil. [36] Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful. [37] Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven: [38] Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. [39] And he spake a parable unto them, Can the blind lead the blind? shall they not both fall into the ditch? [40] The disciple is not above his master: but every one that is perfect shall be as his master. [41] And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but perceivest not the beam that is in thine own eye? [42] Either how canst thou say to thy brother, Brother, let me pull out the mote that is in thine eye, when thou thyself beholdest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to pull out the mote that is in thy brother's eye. [43] For a good tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit; neither doth a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. [44] For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes. [45] A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh. [46] And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say? [47] Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like: [48] He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock. [49] But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great.

How to break free from negative thoughts that overwhelm and how to get over them as they come from our experiences?

Psalm 94:17-23 KJV

[17] Unless the Lord had been my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence. [18] When I said, My foot slippeth; thy mercy, O Lord, held me up. [19] In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul. [20] Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law? [21] They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood. [22] But the Lord is my defence; and my God is the rock of my refuge. [23] And he shall bring upon them their own iniquity, and shall cut them off in their own wickedness; yea, the Lord our God shall cut them off.

What is real positivity and how to use it in neutral to not overdue sadness and then how to stay positive in a balanced way meaning not superficial?

Psalm 94:12-17 KJV

[12] Blessed is the man whom thou chastenest, O Lord, and teachest him out of thy law; [13] That thou mayest give him rest from the days of adversity, until the pit be digged for the wicked. [14] For the Lord will not cast off his people, neither will he forsake his inheritance. [15] But judgment shall return unto righteousness: and all the upright in heart shall follow it. [16] Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity? [17] Unless the Lord had been my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence.

Why it can be hard to keep on in faith and in general day to day life?

2 Chronicles 19:9 KJV

[9] And he charged them, saying, Thus shall ye do in the fear of the Lord, faithfully, and with a perfect heart.

1 Samuel 26:21-25 KJV

[21] Then said Saul, I have sinned: return, my son David: for I will no more do thee harm, because my soul was precious in thine eyes this day: behold, I have played the fool, and have erred exceedingly. [22] And David answered and said, Behold the king's spear! and let one of the young men come over and fetch it. [23] The Lord render to every man his righteousness and his faithfulness: for the Lord delivered thee into my hand to day, but I would not stretch forth mine hand against the Lord's anointed. [24] And, behold, as thy life was much set by this day in mine eyes, so let my life be much set by in the eyes of the Lord, and let him deliver me out of all tribulation. [25] Then Saul said to David, Blessed be thou, my son David: thou shalt both do great things, and also shalt still prevail. So David went on his way, and Saul returned to his place.

Psalm 12:1-8 KJV

[1] Help, Lord ; for the godly man ceaseth; for the faithful fail from among the children of men. [2] They speak vanity every one with his neighbour: with flattering lips and with a double heart do they speak. [3] The Lord shall cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that speaketh proud things: [4] Who have said, With our tongue will we prevail; our lips are our own: who is lord over us? [5] For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, now will I arise, saith the Lord ; I will set him in safety from him that puffeth at him. [6] The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. [7] Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever. [8] The wicked walk on every side, when the vilest men are exalted.

Psalm 40:10-17 KJV

[10] I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation. [11] Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O Lord : let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me. [12] For innumerable evils have compassed me about: mine iniquities have taken hold upon me, so that I am not able to look up; they are more than the hairs of mine head: therefore my heart faileth me. [13] Be pleased, O Lord, to deliver me: O Lord, make haste to help me. [14] Let them be ashamed and confounded together that seek after my soul to destroy it; let them be driven backward and put to shame that wish me evil. [15] Let them be desolate for a reward of their shame that say unto me, Aha, aha. [16] Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: let such as love thy salvation say continually, The Lord be magnified. [17] But I am poor and needy; yet the Lord thinketh upon me: thou art my help and my deliverer; make no tarrying, O my God.

Psalm 89:1-2,5,8,24,33,37 KJV

[1] I will sing of the mercies of the Lord for ever: with my mouth will I make known thy faithfulness to all generations. [2] For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: thy faithfulness shalt thou establish in the very heavens. [5] And the heavens shall praise thy wonders, O Lord : thy faithfulness also in the congregation of the saints. [8] O Lord God of hosts, who is a strong Lord like unto thee? or to thy faithfulness round about thee? [24] But my faithfulness and my mercy shall be with him: and in my name shall his horn be exalted. [33] Nevertheless my lovingkindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail. [37] It shall be established for ever as the moon, and as a faithful witness in heaven. Selah.

Proverbs 13:17 KJV

[17] A wicked messenger falleth into mischief: but a faithful ambassador is health.

Proverbs 25:13 KJV

[13] As the cold of snow in the time of harvest, so is a faithful messenger to them that send him: for he refresheth the soul of his masters.

Proverbs 27:6-7 KJV

[6] Faithful are the wounds of a friend; but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful. [7] The full soul loatheth an honeycomb; but to the hungry soul every bitter thing is sweet.
